Micro Rice Treats
From the Kitchen Of - Claverack REC Ingredients = 3 tbs. butter or margarine or 2tbs butter and 2tbs. of peanut butter, 6 cups rice cereal , 40 marshmallows or bag of mini marshmallows, optional 1 cup M&Ms candy

Directions = put butter or peanut butter/ butter mix and marshmallows in a large (they will puff up) bowl, microwave on high and stir every 30 seconds until melted. remove and stir in cereal and M&Ms. Additional comments = other options: dry cranberries, raisin, nuts. Pink marshmallows look good with crasins or dry cherries.
