Claverack Rural Electric Cooperative has developed a one-hour electrical safety presentation that is widely used throughout our service area. This no-cost presentation utilizes an age-appropriate videotape along with our energized table top model of an electrical distribution system. This is followed by a period of questions and answers.

We offer our Safety City presentation to local elementary schools, fire departments, civic groups and other organizations. Many children and adults have gained a better understanding of electrical hazards and safe practices through this program.
