You can get a light for only pennies a day!

Claverack REC will install a light at your location, where you want it (within 125 feet of any existing cooperative facility) at no cost to you! When you request the installation, please indicate to the representative the location where you would like the light installed. The complete installation is free: lighting fixture, wire and pole. You pay only a monthly charge. The monthly fee includes the electricity used by the light (the electricity does not run through your meter) and all maintenance required including replacement of burned out bulbs.

Outdoor lights will automatically turn on at dusk and off at dawn. You don't have to lift a finger, except to call Claverack REC.
