Meter readings can still be submitted, but only through our e-bill program.

To use e-bill and submit meter readings you must register. 

To register you will need:
Your account number
The name as it appears on the account
An e-mail address (the e-mail address must be on file with us in the office) 

When you register, you will be required to create a password.  Your password ensures that only you can view your account information.

Claverack debuts online billing program

Claverack members can now view their account information 24 hours a day, seven days a week, as well as report meter readings and pay their electric bills online through E-Bill, our new Internet bill presentment and payment program.

E-Bill gives members the ability to:
· Pay your bill online using your checking account, MasterCard, Visa, or debit card
· View your current bill on line
· View your bill history
· Change your account information
· Enter meter readings
· Receive your bill online

To explore the features of E-Bill, click on the E-Bill option on our home page. You will be prompted to register using your account number and type in a password. Once registered, you will be able to view your account information and may to chose to pay your electric bill online.

You will also have the option of receiving an e-mail notification when a new bill is generated.
