Escalloped Corn

From the Kitchen Of - Claverack REC
Serves -

3 eggs beaten
2 cups of drained corn
2 cups scalded milk
1 Tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon salt

 

Preheat oven 350 degree. Pour into 1 ½ quart buttered dish. Bake 40-45 minutes.
