Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

From the Kitchen Of - Darlene Agnew

2 1/4 c. flour
1 tps. baking soda
1 tps. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box vanilla instant pudding
1-12oz. bag Hershey's Special chocolate chips
2 eggs

 
Cream together oleo or butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir well. Beat in the dry ingredients, add the pudding and the chips. Bake at 350 degrees for about 8-10 minutes. If using coated baking sheets, don't grease. Let cool on baking sheet for 1 minute, then remove. I use brown paper bags to put the cookies on. It draws out the grease.
