Recipe title = Boston Brown Bread

Serves = 3 breads

Ingrediants = 2C. sifted white flour
1 qt. buttermilk
4C. graham or wheat flour (I use graham)
4 t. b. soda
1 C. sugar
1 C. molasses (I use mild)
1 t. salt

Directions = SIFT white flour and graham (or wheat) four into a large mixing bowl. Add salt and sugar, blend well.

Measure buttermilk and add soda to it, stir. Add to the flour mixture, mix well. Add molasses, stir well.

Grease and flour 3 bread pans.

Bake 350 degrees, 1 hour.
