Bobbi Kilmer was named President & CEO of Claverack Rural Electric Cooperative in March of 2006.  Prior to her appointment as Claverack’s 6 th chief executive, she served as Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer.  Since beginning her utility career at the cooperative in 1999, she has held several positions in administration and finance.  Ms. Kilmer holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Mansfield University and is a graduate of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association’s (NRECA) Robert I. Kabat Management Internship Program at the University of Nebraska.    Kilmer serves as a director of C&T Enterprises, a jointly owned holding company of Claverack Electric and Tri-County Electric, and is also a member of the United Utility Supply Cooperative Board of Directors.  She serves on the Renewable Energy Assistance Program committee of the Pennsylvania Rural Electric Association, and was recently nominated to the Mansfield University Foundation Board of Directors.
